Convenient location close to everything we wanted to do. 🌟 Having a pool was a nice bonus. the room had everything we needed. Also, it was just a quick 10-minute walk to the bus stop.

the location in bkk is very good, near entertainment and also near bts skytrain and the river (boat to khao san and other tourist spots). the hotel has his own style, 60 m away from the road.

very stylish and modern. quite clean and wifi is free of charge. a little bit noisy as it faces to a commercial square.

For our romantic escape, we found some really great aspects at this hotel. their breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. the location was also perfect for us, as it was close to key tourist attractions and restaurants.

The front desk staff/supervisor in dayshft is a worst experience. He/She (gay) is very arrogant and nasty. No customer service at all. Internet is not consistently good.. Some time ok and sometime not available. Nobody helped when you checked in.. You are unlucky if you have many bags as no lift available to carry your luggage.

We were given a different room initially but the hotel staff changed our room to The Ebony upon request. The deluxe room is exactly what we see in the pictures online! Staff are very friendly & hospitable, speak good english and were able to offer assistance in many instances (gave us directions to get to the bts, where to shop, etc). My boyfriend fell sick and the hotel staff helped to call in a doctor and showed them to our room! The hotel's location at Baan Silom lifestyle archade fits in snuggly with it's overall theme. Spa recommendations by staff turned out really well too! It's been a fantastic stay at the boutique hotel, and the promotional rate is a steal!

There are mosquitoes in the room, something that we eventually learnt to live with. Also, they provided all toiletries, except toothbrushes. They delivered toothbrushes to our room upon our request, but only did we realise why they did not offer toothbrushes - the handle broke into two before you are able to finish brushing! Breakfast offered in package nothing to rave about actually - there are more interesting treats along the streets!

The Heritage Baan Silom Bangkok exceeded my expectations in several areas. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was ideal, situated in a quiet residential area away from the bustling business district of the city. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located next to the BTS Chong Nonsi train station, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who provided basic amenities and ensured a comfortable stay. The rooms with balconies offered a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy some fresh air.

Nothing I liked except for the price and location. Though not accessible to mrt or bts.

Front desk staff on duty (daytime) is very unprofessional.. You will not feel the welcome when you checked in. Very arrogant and not accommodating.. Wifi is not working at all times though free of charge. Key cards are not working several times.. No staff to guide you when you go to your room upon check in...and since no elevator available... It will be tiring and discomfort to carry your heavy luggage.
